Delivery
Please ensure the address supplied is correct, as re~delivery will incur an extra fee (If this occurs we cannot guarantee same day delivery).
We are unable to accept responsibility for non-delivery if the address supplied is incorrect.
We will endeavor to meet AM/PM delivery preference where possible. Specific time delivery request will not be available during peak periods.
We generally deliver twice a day: 11am and 4pm.
SAME DAY DELIVERIES: Orders for same day delivery, Monday to Friday, need to be received by 2pm. All orders placed for same day delivery will be delivered in the afternoon. Orders placed on the website after 2pm will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
Recipient “Not at Home”
The Language of Flowers is not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery, and it is not okay to leave.
In the case of the recipient is not at the location the courier will leave the gift in a secure place or a calling card will be left, and the gift returned to the shop. The recipient will have a choice of re-delivery (at an extra charge) or a pick up.
Substitution
All products are subject to availability, especially peak periods. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent quality and value without notice.
Non-Local Deliveries
We cannot be responsible for the quality or or timely delivery of orders outside our shop’s general area of delivery. Out of state orders will processed and fulfilled by a third party floral designer and company.
Unsatisfied/Returns
In the unlikely event where the flowers received last less than 3-4 days or you are unsatisfied, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue. If the flowers have been disposed of we cannot assess the cause and therefore cannot arrange a replacement if necessary.
